I've been using Mike's Collision for many years now, they have never once let me down or cut any corners. It's a pleasure to work with Darrell and Mary at the front desk as well! Their team always go above and beyond, and the quality of work is impeccable! Most recently they repaired a Blackwing for me and the work, as always was top-notch I would never think of taking a vehicle anywhere else. Everybody experience will be different. I got my Tesla repaired here . I consistently had to call just to get an update which resulted in a lot of “I’ll have someone call you back” . Then when I got my Tesla back my right tail lights was not working. I took it to the Tesla service shop just to find out they never put a connector back. They also ask the insurance to pay more just to cover their labor price. Just was a lazy experience for me .

I had an exceptional experience getting my Tesla repaired here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was organized, transparent, and clearly experts. The work was completed ahead of schedule, the communication was excellent, and the quality of the repair was top‑notch. Truly outstanding service. I highly recommend!

Needed to pay out of pocket for some repairs. Took the car to a few different places for an estimate but Mike’s came back with the lowest price. Got the car into the shop, and got a call telling me the cost of the repairs was going to be almost triple what the estimate came back at. Apparently they missed the most expensive item that needed to be repaired. I understand that estimates are called estimates for a reason, but I don’t understand how you can grossly underestimate the cost of damage this poorly. What’s the point of taking your time to do a preliminary inspection, if you aren’t going look at everything? I feel like I was knowingly scammed out of my money. As well, as I was collecting my car, the person in front of me explaining that after their car was repaired, they found new scratches all over it. The actual quality of work does not represent what the reviews show here. If you’re paying out of pocket, take your car elsewhere. You will get the same quality of repair for a much cheaper cost. Will not be recommending this place to anyone else.

I don't write many review but I had too for them! Such amazing staff and communication! When a deer hit my car I wasn't sure what to do. I was recommended Mike's from a close friend and I couldn't be happier! My car looks amazing, like the damage was never there! I hope my car doesn't have to be in a body shop again but I know I'll be taking it to Mike's every time. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and just pick Mike's if you need a body shop.
